Trial & subscription
Is the trial really free?
Yes. First 30 days fully free, full access. Card not charged until after 30 days unless you cancel.
How do I cancel before the first charge?
Log in to your Lemon Squeezy account and cancel before day 30.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features. Annual at €180 excl. VAT = €15/month vs €20/month — 2 months free. Monthly has no commitment.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Email contact@aeraudits.com — migration with pro-rata.
How does renewal work?
Automatic. Invoice by email at each renewal. Cancel anytime from your customer account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Lemon Squeezy. Invoice per transaction.
Licence & device
How do I activate my licence?
Licence key sent by email at subscription. Install APK, launch app, enter key. Internet required for this step.
How many devices can I use?
One active device at a time. Transfer from Settings → Deactivate licence — released immediately.
What if I lose my device or reset it?
Contact contact@aeraudits.com — manual release within 24 business hours.
Where can I find my licence key?
In the confirmation email or in your Lemon Squeezy account (My Orders).
Application
Which devices does Aér'Audits run on?
Android 8 (Oreo) and above. Smartphones and tablets. Not available on iOS.
How do I install the app?
Download the APK from the download page. Allow unknown sources, then open the file.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes, completely. Connection needed once on first launch to activate the licence.
How is data stored?
Local SQLite database on your device. No data sent to any external server.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Data stays on your device. Cancelling only disables new reports — history remains accessible.
In which languages is the app available?
French, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. System language or manual in settings.
Are updates included?
Yes. Email notification for each new version with download link.
Report & export
What does the PDF report contain?
Project header, measurement tables, equipment sheets with photos.
Does the Excel file contain the same data?
Yes, in tabular format. Photos not embedded in Excel.
How do I share the report?
Android native share sheet after generation. Email, WhatsApp, Teams, Drive, print, local storage.
Can I regenerate a report from an old project?
Yes. Reopen any past audit and regenerate at any time.

How do I contact support?
By email at contact@aeraudits.com. Response within 48 business hours.
The app crashes or won't start — what to do?
Check Android 8+. Force-stop then relaunch. If persistent: uninstall, restart, reinstall.
How to report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email contact@aeraudits.com with device model and Android version.
